Restrict user's blog admin page

Hello guys,

Is there any way to restrict the wp-admin page for the blogs created by my users?
Im running on BuddyPress
Basicly what I need is: Person X register on my site, X create a blog, now X can enter wp-admin page for his blog and do things like add users and change some settings and template. What I want is: “Users who are aministrators of a sub-blog be able only to access posts and comments section”.
Is there any configuration or plugin for that?
