• Hi

When the user visits the restricted page I can pull out the long token in the url to store in a database table (for reasons I wont bore you with) but would like to know if using a hook or function if I can get more information about the Paypal transaction that lead to the access of that page, such as email, name, expiry date (from Paypal transaction details not from the logged in member)?

Also is there a way to customize the email that they get when purchasing a restricted page?

    Many Thanks,
    Nigel

I gave it a good look over the docs before asking but as per usual I should spend a bit more time looking before asking.

    These features looks just right.

    S2Member / PayPal Options / Specific Post/Page ~ Sale Notification URLs
    and
    S2Member / PayPal Options / Specific Post/Page Confirmation Email

I still might like to display those details (name, email etc) on the restricted page – is that possible? (Not found docs on that yet!)

    Thx!

You could use the (slightly misnamed) s2member Pro Login Widget (which doesn’t have to be used to login).

    Hi

    OK thanks.

I have created a plugin (following an example) to database the Paypal details using the sale notification option

This plugin also reads the url of the restricted page when they visit it and pulls the ‘code’ from it, then selects the users data from the table to display purchase details.

So all is good, great plugin by the way!
