Restricting Admin Capabilities

Is there a way to restrict what folders Admins have access to by default?
I made a user role restriction for Administrators and I tried adding a folder like “wp-admin” to this field “Enter Folder or Files Paths That You want to Hide”. It didn’t appear to have any effect though.
Can you add restrictions for Admins? This would be really helpful because it’s unnerving that when Admins click on WP File Manager that all of the WordPress files are in there. We want to avoid a “cat on the keyboard” incident where someone simply deletes a bunch of files on accident.
