Restriction not working properly

    Users who have created Subscriber accounts can see the sections I’ve restricted (as intended) but can’t play the videos within those sections. The videos have a slash over the play button. Only subscribers with Administrator access can see AND play the content. There is only one subscription level set up in the plugin and it is for Subscribers. Please advise ASAP.

    Hi @llasser,

    How did you add the videos to those pages? I’m asking this since our plugin (PMS) doesn’t have a video restriction functionality (that slash over the play button). So in case you used a different plugin or maybe some theme to add those videos you might search in those plugins if there is some kind of restriction when it comes to this.

    Or a test that you can make would be to briefly (for a few seconds) disable the content restriction you’ve set on that page while using our plugin and check if now the subscriber user accounts can play the videos.

    You can also do the above test on a staging/testing site where this issue is reproduced (so that you dont do it on the Live site).
