Thanks for your answer. I attach the image of as shown. From the development console it does not show any error either.
I have done an analysis with “Health Check & Troubleshooting” and it shows no compatibility errors.

Hello again.
I have found the error. When loading the “Result Pages” tabs it does not add the parameter to the url, leaving it like this:
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=mlw_quiz_options&quiz_id=2&tab
When adding it manually, it loads the configuration correctly:
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=mlw_quiz_options&quiz_id=2&tab=results-page
Can anyone tell me why this happens?

We investigated the issue on our staging but we aren’t experiencing it at our end.
Also, check for plugin or theme conflict on your website. To do this, disable all of the plugins at once and enable them one by one by checking which one is causing the conflict. If this does not resolve the issue, change the website’s theme to another theme and check whether the issue is resolved or not.
