Results don’t load while typing

    Greetings,

    I added the search bar shortcode to my page and it shows up fine. The issue is when I type a few letters, the results do now show up below the bar. The only way I can make them show up is by using the arrow keys a few times back and forth, then the drop down shows up.

    Any idea how I can fix this? Maybe there’s an option somewhere I’ve overlooked.

    If it is set as on the image, and does not work, then there is very likely either a script or style conflict – very likely a script conflict. You can try changing this compatibility option to ‘minified scoped’: https://i.imgur.com/KFXI9te.png

    If that does not work, then another script might be attaching an event handler to the plugin input, and preventing some key events. That is very hard to tell exactly. If you want, you can share a URL to the problematic page, and I will take a look.

    Thanks a lot for reply.

    I was able to fix the issue by changing “Action when clicking the magnifier icon” and “Action when pressing the return key” from “Do Nothing” to “Trigger Live Search”.

    Not sure if there is a script conflict that caused this or a bug in the plugin, but it is good now!
