Results don’t load

Hello, I hope you can help.
I have found that when I try to submit a quiz, the results page doesn’t load, users just get a spinning circle.
The results page will load when it is tested by me or any other person on my work’s network (regardless of whether we are logged into WordPress), it seems, but I have tried it using “outside” devices including laptop, mobile and PC and the results do not load. Data from our google Analytics seems to back this up as users have spent considerable time on the page but we have had no results submitted.
Please could you help me troubleshoot this? Unfortunately I cannot grant anyone outside of my organisation access to WordPress for security reasons.

Hi,

Please use the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:

1) We will need detail steps to replicate the issue.

2) Please turn on WordPress Debug log and provide us the error log

3) Please look into browser error console for any error and provide us a screenshot of the error.

Hi there,
I don’t have access to the debug log but have used the chrome error console and it shows this error:

Failed to load resource: net:: ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR
DevTools failed to load SourceMap: Could not load content for https://www.beaming.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/quiz-master-next/js/progressbar.min.js.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net:: ERR_HTTP RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE

Does that help at all?
