Results Page Question/Plugin Compatibility Issues

I’m currently seeing an issue with the way the results are displaying after a search is made. The results show up as a series of vertical lines. Below, I’ve pasted some of the text that shows in the results page:

Can you share a workaround for this issue. Currently, the plugin is able to search and replace without issue. I need to view details of each result, but at the moment, I cannot. Might “Search & Replace” be having a conflict with other plugins?
