We do need to post the job. Resume will be uploaded from admin and will be searched by admin only. Does it have word/PDF document reading capabilities? suggest any type of plugins.

Uploaded files are at present uploaded into the Media Directory and you can then sort and view them there. Docs and PDF’s both work fine.
