Retake Course Feature

    Hello,
    I have set up some courses on the Learnpress system and have been testing the feature.
    As a front-end user, I purposely failed a quiz and then clicked Complete Course. I got a warning saying I didn’t reach the pass rate, but I clicked “complete” anyways. I did this on purpose to see what happens when a user does not pass a course — because they have failed one (or more) of the tests.

    In the front-end user dashboard, it shows that I didn’t pass the course, yet it does not have the option to retake the course.

    In the admin backend, I have course retake option set to: 2 times.
    I also do not have Block Course enabled. Is there something else happening that is prohibiting the user from going back in and trying to pass the course again?

    Hi,

    You need to finish the course to can retake, if you only complete the item of the course the function retake will not work.

    In instances like this, if a user does click finish without completing the whole thing and thus needs to retake the course, is this something we would have to do manually on the backend and reset their progress?
