retrieve password link not working

    When trying to recover password I get the page where to enter the email or users to recover the password, I get a message to recover password, but when I click on the link to enter the new, it does not take me anywhere and I get a page not found error. I have read other similar questions and they give you the following links for support but it doesn’t work

    Also try to enter the developer’s website but it does not appear active either.
    Your help please how to request this problem

    Hi @pabloocana

    Thanks for writing in,

    Did you try flushing the permalink settings? Please go to the WordPress Settings and, click on the Permalinks. Now, scroll down and, click on the Save Changes button. Then, refresh the page.
