Retrieve token for frontend

Hi, I am building a service that will be secured using auth0 and would like to retrieve a token for that service when logging in. I will be interfacing with the service from a Vue application on the frontend but would like to use the WordPress auth0 integration to handle logins. I have referenced https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/where-are-the-id-access-tokens-stored/ but still have questions about retrieving the token upon the WordPress login and sharing it with the client. Any help would be appreciated.
