Retrieve URL for generated CPT

I’ve set Formidable up so it generates a CPT. It fills the title and the URL is autogenerated based on the title. The resulting URL will be different from the title, because WordPress avoids duplicates, strips spaces and special characters.

Is there a way to retrieve this URL (or slug), so I can use it in the confirmation e-mail?
