Hi @dbkdirect,
Thanks for reaching out about return labels. I understand how helpful it would be to generate one directly for your customers.
At the moment, there isn’t a built-in way to automatically create a return shipping label in WooCommerce. However, you can manually create an additional label for the same order by swapping the addresses in the label interface. That means setting the customer’s address as the origin and your store’s address as the destination — effectively turning it into a return label.
If this is a feature you’d like to see added in the future, feel free to vote for it on our Feature Request board here: https://woocommerce.com/feature-request/add-ability-to-print-return-labels/
You can also find more details about return label options in our documentation: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shipping/#return-label
Let me know if you have any questions about manually setting it up!
Ok, thank you.
I’m sure this is a valuable feature as any ecommerce will at one point need to issue a return label to a customer. It is just part of doing business and it should be a standard feature.
You’re very welcome, and I completely agree, return labels are a key part of running an eCommerce store.
