    Just tried to update some bags from our bag profile and I get the above warning. We have listed using this profile but haven’t made any changes for a long while

    Warning: Return Policy input not applicable. (#21916711)
    The Return Policy field Refund in the input has been ignored.

    Warning: Returns policy attribute not valid (#21920200)
    Returns policy attribute returnDescription not valid on this site

    Hey @albertramsbottom

    A while back eBay depreciated the “Return description” field as well as some refund options in the return options for most categories.

    This warning:

    Warning: Return Policy input not applicable. (#21916711)
    The Return Policy field Refund in the input has been ignored.

    … is stating that the “Refund” option you set is no longer valid.

    In regards to the second warning, you need to remove any text entered in the “Return description” field and revise the listings.

    Also note, those are only warnings, so eBay will ignore the return description value and still allow you to list to eBay. Only errors will stop you from listing, not warnings.
