Return to a previous version

    Hello,

    Is it possible to return to a previous version of a design?

    I acidentelly reset the settings, and I don’t have a backup.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us and I’m sorry to hear that you’re having this issue.

    We do not have an option to save/restore previous settings. If you have a website backup from your hosting, I would recommend asking them to restore one before you accidentally reset the email customizer settings. Then, you can export the settings via the Import Export option – https://share.getcloudapp.com/RBuEG5G8.

    Finally, if you need to restore the latest version/backup of your website, import the email customizer settings again so you can have the same customizations from before.
