Return user return to frontend after changing notification settings

Hi,
thank you for the great plugin! I have been using it on multiple sites for years.
I am currently building a new website for one of my clients, and I have a question/feature request:

When a logged-in user clicks on the button ([subscribe2] shortcode) to change their notification settings, they are sent to a back-end page to update their settings.
However, after finishing updating the settings, they are not returned to the frontend profile page.

That seems illogical to me. I have thought of possible solutions for this:
1. Open the settings in the frontend for the user.
2. Add a button “return to profile” or “return to website”
3. (not my favourite option): open the backend settings page in a new tab so the user keeps their the profile page on frontend open in the original tab.

Do you think you could add one of these options? Would be greatly appreciated!
