    Hi,

We found a bug that seems to be preventing a contact from being created in SIB(Sendinblue) when they are created in WordPress.

In order to recreate this, initially create a user on a WordPress site with the plugin installed and connected to a SIB account. This causes a corresponding contact to be created on SIB. Now if we delete this user/contact in both the site and SIB and then re-register them again, a new user account is created in the WordPress site but the contact is not added in SIB.

Due to this subsequent Attributes are not created/synced with SIB and this is causing us problems.

    Please take a look.

    Hi @sumugh ,

    Thanks for reaching out.

This is not something we have had reported on a wider scale so I suspect this could be something to do with the set-up of a workflow in your Sendinblue account.

I am looking into this and will update you shortly.

    Sarah
