Reuse 'Run now' link functionality

Hello and thanks for an awesome plugin!

My question: I would like to place “run now” link for my cron events to various places of wp-admin (admin_notices at post editing screens?) for users of the site with lower privileges than admin (editors?). Can i reuse any functionality of your plugin for that purpose or should I write my own code from scratch?
