Reuseable Block problem

Hello,
i did some reusable blocks and all worked fine

only now, by creating one in the page, with a lot of links and SVG icons to it.

it, works once and then it does not show up again.
checking on, Reusable Blocks list, open this block and it is empty.
it does not like SVG icons?
or why it acts spooky?
