Reuseable Blocks

    I’ve set up a couple reusable blocks for a job posting plug-in on my company’s site. I have users that are only allowed access to the job posting plug-in and nothing more. However, none of the blocks that I created as an admin are visible, nor is the ability to link media to the posting. Is there away to there particular role access to these functions?
