    Hi there,

For the last event, I had the front page ticketed. Now I just want to change the date and “reticket” the front page if that makes sense.

I don’t mind the reporting remembering the info from the last event, but I can’t get the front page to show that there are tickets available. It says ticket sales are closed, and the number I set at the last event for on-the-door sales is showing.

Is there a way to reset this in the plugin?

    Fingers crossed for your reply.

    Thanks,
    Duan

You can certainly reset the number of tickets available to sell and you can change the date; but the only way you can totally reset the event is by deleting all of your records of sales on the previous event.

Updating the event to re-use the same page is not something I’d recommend; it’ll result in some very messy reports.

Is there any reason you can’t just use a new page for the event, then insert the ticket sales shortcode on your front page?

Perfect, I used a new page and shortcode.

    Thanks for the info 👌🏻
