Reveal Effect does not work after update

    Hello, I had installed the Blocksy theme to start building a website and also installed a template (Yoga). I believe the version was 1.8.95 and the Reveal Effect worked perfectly in Classes and Blog. However, today when I entered the site to start working, I updated the theme + the Companion and I saw that the reveal effect disappeared.
    I also tested with other models, the same result. Plugins only the basics of the theme.
    Have theme authors disabled this function in recent updates? If so, would you have any suggestion CSS for the same effect?

    I’m not entirely sure about which reveal effect you’re speaking of, but I can see the cards animating just fine for the posts on your website. Check this video out – https://streamable.com/v9ptze

    Now I was completely confused. I tested it in the Brave and Slim Jet browser, I cleared the cache, I tested it again and it’s still the same. All I know is that it was perfect for me until I updated.
    Do you have any ideas to solve this “mystery”?

    Unfortunately, I won’t be able to comment on those browsers. Could you please give this a try from a more “general” browser, such as Chrome, Firefox or Safari?

    I tried now in two more browsers: microsoft edge and Avast browser. Same problem. (All my sites I test in these browsers and they work perfectly).
    I’m even browsing the official Blocksy website, I’m opening several models and everything works fine, it just doesn’t work on my installation!

    One more try: could you provide me with the link to previous versions of the theme?

    Let’s try one more thing. I see that you have some kind of caching by Cloudflare on your end. Could you please temporarily, but completely deactivate that so that we can rule out there’s nothing bad cached on your end?

    One thing to note is that downgrading the theme won’t have any effect, since we haven’t changed anything about this animation. An older version would basically have the same exact code as the latest version.

    I forgot to mention that I had also disabled Cloud flare, before coming to support.
    What occurred to me now was to change the PHP version (I use 7.4) and as a last attempt, reinstall the previous version of the theme, which was working fine.

    In time: cloud flare only works on the main domain, it is not configured for subdomain.

    I can say for sure that Cloudflare isn’t disabled. Check this image – https://ibb.co/jZ09dBn. Notice the site’s headers still mention Cloudflare being turned on. I can also confirm that all browsers display this effect correctly – https://streamable.com/whqtew

    Though, I have another idea that you may want to check. Do you happen to have the animations from your operating system disabled? Could you please check those in the OS’s accessibility settings?

    I didn’t express myself correctly before. Before coming to support I had already disabled cloudflare and tested it. As it didn’t work, I enabled cloudflare again.
    But in my country it’s 4 am. I’m going to get some sleep and tomorrow I’ll install the theme on another domain. Any news back to support.

    Eduardoooo, it worked, it worked! 🙂
    I couldn’t go to bed without coming here to thank you first!
    Animations in windows were disabled. I enabled it and… Hooray! The effects are back!
