Revenue is not showing in Google Analytics

in GA4, i get only these: Items viewed and items added to cart.

I don’t get any revenue, although there are sales on the website.

how i can solve this issue?

Did you add cookie consent? I’m asking as Google introduced Consent Mode in March 2024 to comply with privacy laws in the EEA/EU/UK region. This means website visitors from these regions must now explicitly grant consent for cookies before any analytics tracking occurs.

Without consent, Google Analytics (GA4) won’t capture user data in these locations. To ensure continued tracking, you’ll need to implement Consent Tracking through third-party plugins like the Complianz, Consent Mode API, etc.

Hi @shameemreza,

yes, i have borlabs Cookie installed, and configured.

As I said, i get these: Items viewed and items added to cart.
and i don’t get purchases or revenue.

I checked your site and reviewed the Borlabs cookie notice details.
It contains cookies for WooCommerce.
