Thanks for using our plugin!
I checked the URL that you shared. It looks like most of the reviews are correctly ordered by date after the review left by Eline on juli 1, 2015.
However, there are reviews before Eline’s and they seem to be incorrectly sorted.
1. Can you please let me know if those reviews were left via some special plugin that you had earlier?
2. Do you have just one shortcode on that page? Is it possible that your theme displays some of the reviews?
3. Please provide exact code that you have placed on this reviews page.
Hi,
Thanks for the quick reply. The reviews are also on my product page: https://www.bamenboe.nl/shop/bamboe-draagdoek/#tab-reviews
Here the review order is correcy, the first reply is Eline in july 2015. That is correcy, that is also the first in the backend.
That’s why I was suprised, on the product page everything is correct.
1) I’am not 100% sure, but I dont think so. I have tried other plugins, but I believe they all used the wordpress review functionality. In the backend I have 203 reviews for all products, so 153 for the ‘draagdoek’ is correct I think.
2) no, only the shortcode, see 3)
3) [cusrev_all_reviews sort=”DESC” per_page=”300″ number=”-1″ show_summary_bar=”true” show_pictures=”true” show_products=”false”]
Thanks!
Can you please change show_products=”true” to see if all the reviews on “review” page are for the same product or for different ones?
Hi,
Good suggestion. I thought they were all for the ‘draagdoek’, but they are not: https://www.bamenboe.nl/review/
They show very differently, but this might be the problem.
How to best solve this?
Thanks!
It looks like there are some CSS compatibility problems between the plugin and your theme because product images are so large.
Can you please install version 3.35.2 of the plugin? It should fix this issue with big product images and then we will check the problem with sorting.
Hi,
Thanks, i’ve updated. The images are big, but all the same size. Since I don’t want to show the product images anyway (but the review images), that’s not problem. The sorting has not changed unfortunately.
I checked your page again and product images are now much smaller. So, the update fixed this CSS issue. If you still see large images, try clearing cache of your browser.
The update didn’t mean to fix the sorting problem. For this, we will need to have a look at how these reviews are stored in your database. Can you please send us an email to [email protected] to arrange a troubleshooting session?
I haven’t heard from you for more than four months. For this reason, I’ll assume that either you are not interested in this question/problem anymore or it has been resolved. If this is not the case, please let me know and I’ll be happy to help.
