Hi,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Based on story it sounds like you are using a 3th party plugin for product reviews? When their attribute (ryviu_product_reviews_info) is not showing in the drop-downs it means our plugins are not compatible with each other. So, unfortunately, I am afraid it is not going to work.
Hello,
The attribut is showing in product feed pro. It’s the Field of AgregateReview that is not showing. We cannot send our average review in our feed
Hi,
I am not entirely sure what you mean?
These are the feed requirements (example feed) from Google:
https://developers.google.com/product-review-feeds/sample
We created a test feed ourselves which looks like this:
http://oplader.org/wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/xml/kWC68CX5j0z7ryJaeSVMZEDnPMx84tQV.xml
As far as we can tell the feed meets Google’s requirements. The aggregator element with the review element within it show just fine?
Hi,
To explain, I already created a feed and it’s working however I would like to add reviews.
So I go to Product Feed Pro, Edit Mapping, I create a new field mapping.
On the left there is the label of the field which is containing some categories : Basic Product Data, Price and availability etc.. However there is no field containing Review or rating or something like that.
As far as we know its not possible to add a review score to your Google Shopping feed, its also not one of the possible fields one can add according to Google’s specifications. See: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/7052112?hl=en
When you want to add reviews to your Google Shopping Ads you need to create a separate Google Product Review feed and add that as a supplemental feed to your merchant center.
