The easiest way to do this is to use the plugin Loco Translate. We’ve built in support throughout Blocksy and it’s companion plugin and it should work great.

Is there a way to do it without using a plugin? I don’t want to install an additional plugin just for changing one piece of text on the website.

You can easily uninstall the Loco Translate plugin after you’ve made your changes. They are saved inside the file system.
