    Hello Trustindex Support Team,

    I’m writing to report a synchronization issue with the Google Reviews Widget on my site: vintageautomotive.pl.

    When I try to manually update the reviews, the process hangs indefinitely. I have already performed all the suggested troubleshooting actions (cleared cache, tested for plugin conflicts, etc.) without success.

    My diagnostics show that your plugin correctly identifies a new review on my Google Business Profile, but it can not display the newest one on my website.

    I have the full diagnostic data from the “Troubleshooting” tab ready to send if you need it.

    I would be grateful for your help in resolving this problem.

    Could you please send us the full Troubleshooting text? You can find it in the plugin’s Advanced tab, inside the Troubleshooting box. Click on “Copy to clipboard” and paste the content into Pastebin, then share the generated URL here.

    Thank you for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing.

    Please try the following steps to resolve the issue:

    1. Make sure the plugin is updated to the latest version.
    2. Go to the Advanced tab in the plugin settings.
    3. Click the Re-Create plugin button to reset the plugin.
    4. Reconnect your business and reconfigure the widget settings.

    After that, please check at the next download opportunity whether the synchronization works correctly. If not, let us know.
