Please try the following steps to resolve the issue:
- Update the plugin to the latest version, if you haven’t already.
- Go to the “Advanced” tab in the plugin settings.
- Click the “Re-Create plugin” button to reset the plugin.
- Then reconnect your business and reconfigure the widget settings.
This should restore the reviews and allow you to complete the setup process.

hi, it works now (i will see if it will synchronize with new reviews) when i click the “Re-Create plugin” and reset all.
