• Well, what I wanna say is that, I know that the method here is to see which topic has less posts to answer it (and it’s a nice method !), but what about with the topics with 3 posts that ain’t solved ?

This topics ends in the deeps of the old topics unsolved like many of my topics went.
Is my case, I had to re-post the same topic twice, and even that way I didn’t solve my problem.

It’s just a suggestion. I know that the WP team have to answer hundreds/thousands of posts at day and they have to do a selection, and I really appreciate it, but just wanna leave here my critic, cause sometimes I just don’t enter to forum thinking in that this problem will appear again in me.

    Cheers !

  • BlackFile. There is no WP support theme. 90% Of the people that you see on this forum are users. When you post a question there just so happens to be someone online with the answer, or not… There is noone who has a dayjob scanning the forums and answering the questions. As for myself, I just check if there is something that I think I can help out with. Sometimes I have to be gone halfway along the path, sometimes the person who asked the question has other things to do and so a thread can indeed break. Often there are questions that I don’t have the answer to so I leave it in the hope that someone else does.

And indeed, there are people who begin with threads with no answers and when I see a thread with 5 posts, I might think that this is an ongoing discussion and look for another thread (I don’t have unlimited time).

There are also people who look in certain subforums.

Theoretically, all threads that are not marked ‘resolved’ are open and might be looked at.

One thing that really helps me look, is a quality, descriptive title!
