    Good morning,
    I inserted the link of a booking.com property into the configuration and then followed the entire procedure. At the end of this I find the message:

    Your reviews are being downloaded. This process should only take a few minutes.
    While you wait, you can start the widget setup with some review templates.

    and on the page where I inserted the shortcode:

    ERROR @ Trustindex plugin (This message is not be visible to visitors in public mode.)

    Now several days have passed and the situation is still this. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting the property several times but to no avail.
