reviews not showing, only the widget header

Hello,

2 or 3 months ago when whe initially installed trustindex and used the plugin to display widgets it was all showing correctly. Now ( I dont know since when, i noticed it yesterday) the reviews are not showing. Only the widget header.

I have tried disabling cache, changing the widget, adding in either with the plugin shortcode or the html without the plugin, reconnecting but it didnt work. The same widget however plays correctly on another site.

What can cause this behavior?
