Revive Old Post Pro plugin activation error

    The Revive Old Post regular plugin v. 9.0.10 works fine for me.. I purchased the Revive Old Posts Pro Add-on plugin (v. 3.0.7) and when I go to activate it, I get an error and must manually FTP into my site and delete the plugin to get my site working again.

    I’ve opened several tickets with support but haven’t heard a word back and it’s been over a week.

    Thanks for choosing ROP and we’re sorry to hear about the difficulties encountered!

    I checked our ticketing system and there is no ticket older than a week that is unanswered. Please open a new ticket directly on our contact page. You can also use the pre-sales ticket option and add the URL from this thread when you create the ticket.

    That is where i’ve submitted tickets from..

    Hi @stlracing!

    That is indeed the website dedicated to ROP. However, since you mentioned that you opened several tickets there that we didn’t receive, I provided our ThemeIsle contact page as an alternative. I’m sorry if I didn’t state this clear enough.
