    I want to reward my user with point when they purchase product on WooCommerce. The issue now is that the reward does not show when I already purchase. I set this using myCred badge extension. My requirement is WooCommerce Purchase Reward 120 in total then should have badge reward of 80 point. But it happen one time only then cannot trigger anymore. Can I know what should I take care when set this requirement or reward? I got set the log template in template field as well

    Hello @jennyong ,

    Hope you are doing well.

    There is an issue with your badge settings. You should set ‘time(s)’ instead of ‘in total’ in your Badge settings to make it work.

    In total means, user should earn 10 points through Store Purchase reference. In your scenario the points are deducting when user is purchasing product through Pay with myCred.

    The case I mention does not include customer purchase through Pay with myCred. I just want to reward customer with 80 point when they purchase certain amount of products eg 10 packets of same product. Means they will earn 2 times of point. The first point is via store purchase they earn point and the second point is via get badge they earn point. Is that possible to do it with Badge extension? Can advise? Thank you

    Thanks for your reply.

    First, the badge setting from you does not reward user based on quantity or total amount of products. I need to give point reward only when user reach the quantity or amount of products.

    Next, what if my user buy 100 times then I need to set 100 times?

    This is not logic. Can advise other method?
