Rewards don’t work.

    When I add rewards and click update, they don’t show up and disappear from the product’s page.

    I was able to solve the issue. Our hosting provider had outdated PHP & MySQL; when we moved servers, everything is working.

    We suggest php 5.4 or more and WordPress update version. Maybe your server run in PHP 5.3 or lower version. Thats why error occurs. You can contact hosting service provider to update PHP version. They will help you.

    I can’t get rewards to show either. I’ve filled one in under the Rewards section but no rewards show either at the campaign page or during checkout.

    Running PHP 5.5.9.

    Please check if your rewards exists in the dashboard. Try changing single page template from Admin>Crowdfunding>WooCommerce Settings
