Rewrite host header

Hello,

is it possible to rewrite host header with your plugin?

For example :
My url looks like this : http://www.loremipsum.com/home/
but I want it to look like this : http://www.home.loremipsum.com

And I want to check in CMS which pages should have changed host header.

For example :
I want normal url for pages like “contact” or “about-us” ( http://www.loremipsum.com/contact/ , http://www.loremipsum.com/about-us), but I want changed url for other pages like (www.nokia.loremipsum.com, http://www.clientcompanyname.loremipsum.com)

Is it possible? If not do you know any plugin that will do that for me?
