Hi, we are using the Treweler map plugin to embed a map in to our contact page and it is embedded via an iframe.

With Yoast enabled, it seems to break the map and the error in console says that the map container cannot be found. With a bit of trial and error, I have found that with “Force Rewrite titles” enabled in Yoast, this error occurs because the iframe is there but it has no content, if I disable this then the map loads fine.

Why would this setting be blocking the iframe content? and how can I prevent it?

    Thanks

    Hello @adejones

Thanks for reaching out about the Force Rewrite Titles feature in the plugin. First, I’ll like to mention that this feature is there when your theme doesn’t support dynamic titles as discussed here.

If the feature conflicts with iFrame in your map plugin, an option is to disable it. But before that, does the issue persist when you have Treweler map, Yoast SEO and then switch to a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Twenty?

Hi and thanks for the reply. Yes I could rule out the theme but switching to Twenty Twenty-Three theme and the issue was still there, but the map loaded fine when disabling rewrite titles.
