rewrite X(Twitter) output

    Hi Robin, I’m very happy with the plugin and especially that it still works. I’d like to rewrite “X(Twitter)” to “X/Twitter”. Happy to hack the file if you tell me which one, or perhaps you have a functions.php snippet I can use. Thanks.
