All of a sudden instead of our RFQ’s saying “Quote requested” it now says processing. This is an issue as the email only sends to our team when the product is in the quote requested stage.
Have you installed a new plugin? have you checked the setting 4-02 recently?”Allow checkout without payment at WooCommerce checkout. DOES NOT CREATE A QUOTE REQUEST”

When I say “all of a sudden” I am meaning since the 7th of October. On the 6th of October this process was working just fine. Then from the 7th of October onwards this has been an issue.
I have looked into this and can’t diagnose what’s causing this issue as of yet.
