The answer is:
It’s a web hosting problem. The content is still cached on the server.
1. Log into C-panel
2. Click File Manager
3. Click WP-Content folder
4. Click cache folder
5. Rename the supercache folder
Voila. You’ll see the changes. Problem solved!
I can finally sleep.
Purpose of update to this thread: I forgot to add the FIRST FEW STEPS to the above instructions last time as I stayed up the night. I hope I can help others and myself next time if same problem arises.

BEFORE YOU TRY THE ABOVE INSTRUCTIONS, FOLLOW THESE STEPS FIRST:
1. Go to http://kproxy.com/
2. Type your website address and hit Enter (or click Surf)
3a.) If you can see your revisions there, then clear Cached Web Content in your browser (Internet Explorer, FireFox, etc.)
Open a new window and go to your live website. You should now see the changes on your live website.
3b.) If you don’t see your revisions on the Kproxy website, then continue with the steps from 3 days ago or so, beginning with Log into C-panel…
It should work now. If not, clear the Cached Web Content in your browser as well (after following step 3b. … renaming Supercache folder in your C-panel).
Hope this helps.
