Right sidebar issue

I’m having an issue with the right sidebar when I first started working on my blog I removed the widgets, which I should not have done, and now the only widget that shows up is the archive widget and the search bar. And when I try to add another widget to the sidebar the archive widget and the search window disappear, so the right sidebar is empty. Maybe I have conflicting commands but I can not find what’s wrong, so I need help. Note: I’ve already tried deactivating all of the plugins and that did not work.
