    I am using Ultimate Product Catalogue. Yesterdey I decided to buy the paid version. Your link has forwarded me to the following adress (https://www.etoilewebdesign.com/license-payment/?Selected=UPCP&Quantity=1)

    I have entered all my credit card informaiton and it just showed me a massege “email sent”. However I get no email for 24 hours. No paypal link was there.

    Your payment procedure is very risky, unprofessional. I’ve gave my all information for nothing. How can I be sure about it will not be abused. What are you guys doing?

    I want you delete all my information and refund if any payment has been taken.

    I also sent you an email ([email protected]) but no one answered me yet.

    Please make sure that the payment is life time or is it for one year?

    Hi Omer,

    I apologize that you haven’t yet received your product key. However, the issue is with your email.

    The automatic email with your product key was indeed sent immediately after your purchase (to the email address you purchased with). However, we received a bounce back message saying that the message could not be sent because of the following error:

    Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host
    [–.—.—.—] blocked using dnsbl.sorbs.net; Currently Sending Spam See:
    http://www.sorbs.net/lookup.shtml?–.—.—.—

    (Where you see the dashes is where your IP address was. We didn’t include it here in case you wouldn’t want that information posted.)

    After getting this error, we tried to send you another email, but it was blocked again.

    After that, we did receive and responded to your follow-up email. But, again, it was blocked.

    We even went to your website and used the contact form there to try and contact you, hoping that would go to a different address that you might see. But I guess you didn’t get that either.

    All in all, we’ve sent you four different messages, all of which have been blocked by your mail server. Unfortunately, we had no other way of contacting you.

    If you can send us an email from a different address, or find out why we can’t send you emails (perhaps you need to add us to your whitelist?), then we’d be glad to send you your product key as soon as possible.

    Thanks for your reply. I’ve received your mail today.

    My alternative mail adress is [email removed]

    However your payment procedure is not secure. You did not mention anything about this topic.
