Role and Capabilities

HI!

I’m working with different project who have different version of WP. Here is my problem. When, as admin, I post an article, sometimes the Editor can modify it, sometimes no but in any case, the Editor can delete my post.

Project 1: working with 3.0, the editor can do everything to admin’s posts (modify, delete, view).

Project 2: working with 2.9.2, samething.

Project 3: working with 3.0, the Editor can view and delete (!) the admin’s posts

Project 4: working with 3.0.1, again, the Editor can view and delete the admin’s posts.

Does anyone have an idea of what’s going on? Does the role is related to the theme?
