Role limitation.

One of the sites I have on WP is a collective with several contributors – it’s meant to come across as somewhat professional and I’m the admin who is effectively the editor of the site.

I have given “author” rights to everyone as of now because in the contributor role they can’t upload images to their articles/reviews. But I don’t want them to have free publish and delete rights for posts, that should be reserved for myself and the other admin/editor.

Is this at all possible to remove the right to delete/publish from authors or to add “add media” rights to contributors?
