Hi. I want to use your plugin for “records/files” status system with steps areas where each area update record status. Each area has an administrator who can only update its record status. Is this possible with this plugin or do I need the premium version?

I believe what you are referencing should be possible using the sales rep feature. However, that is a feature of the premium version of the plugin, for which discussion and support is prohibited in these forums (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products).
