Roles, Groups & Users Not Displaying

    Hi

    Whenever I try to set roles, groups or users, I’m getting no options at all.

    The roles tab will initially display, but as soon as I switch to the groups and users tab, nothing appears, and when I try to return to the roles tab, the options that were shown to me initially also dissapear.

    Do you perhaps know what this issue is and how can I fix it?

    Hi @jarredmanasse. Thanks for posting this, but I believe the question is for the wrong plugin. It looks like you’re using PublishPress Permissions: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/press-permit-core/

    If your “Groups” and “Users” tabs aren’t working, you may have a plugin conflict and should test by disabling other plugins.

    Hi Steve

    Apologies for that, I tried disabling the plugins that could possibly have a conflict and still seeing the same error.

    Is there any other way to fix this?

    Hi @jarredmanasse

    You would be surprised at which plugins can cause issues. To test this carefully, you do need to try disabling every plugin.

    Beyond that:

    • Make sure every plugin on your site is up-to-date
    • Look in the browser console for any error messages
