Roles not showing

    Hi,

    I’ve added some roles which I can see if I Create a new one (in the drop list of ones to Inherit from), but the Roles Panel just shows “No data available in table”.

    I’m using WP 4.7.2 with AAM 4.0.1.

    Hi there,

    During some testing on our end we found that this problem may occur for those who uses AAM Role Hierarchy extension and define two roles parent to each other. We already working on the update for the extension to avoid this issue however for now the only solution is to manually delete in database table wp_options all options that start with ‘aam_parent_role_’ prefix and reconfigure role hierarchy. However this time do not make two roles parent to each other.
