Roles options changed after update

    WordPress user with role editor just reported they can not see the NextGen Gallery menu. As an administrator I was able to see it, so I checked the Roles and capabilities options and all were set to Administrator (as lowest required role). It definitely was not set like this before, since the user who reported the problem was able to use the gallery features in March 2025 (WP and plugins have auto-updates enabled)

    Thank you for reaching us,

    I suspect one of the plugins you’re using might be causing the problem, so please try deactivating all the plugins one by one and check if the problem resolves.

    Once deactivated, please activate the plugin one by one to find the defect plugin causing the issue on your end.
