Roles vs capabilities

    Is there a way to modify some of the WP roles and their YOP Poll capabilities?

    I’d like to be able to implement the following:

    Contributors: read ALL (or YOP Poll not available at all in backend)
    Authors: read ALL, add/edit/delete OWN polls only
    Editors: read/add/edit ALL, delete OWN
    Administrators: read/add/edit/delete ALL

    I don’t see any of this as an option within YOP Poll at all, unless I’ve missed it somewhere. Do I need to resort to a capabilities management plugin? Or could you direct me to the PHP file I might modify and the functions to implement/edit?

    Hello

    Current version of YOP Poll does not offer these capabilities.

    We are working on adding them for the next release.
