Rotating (By Schedule) Content…

Does anyone know of a plug in (or other solution) that would allow me to build content blocks, and have them rotate, expire, and re-schedule on a predetermined basis.

For example, I have Module 1 that stays live for X months, then expires, and Module 2 goes live for X months, then on month 3 (or X) Module 1 re-appears.

Any suggestions??
